In this painting, Konopka enters the most introspective phase, the one in which he feels the need to immerse himself after having discovered and welcomed the pleasure of an emotion that has now come to light, so the next in-depth analysis is the one which delves even inside of his own fears, his own ghosts, his own shadows and consequently also the chromatic range is tinged with darker shades, as mysterious as it is what will emerge after having looked inside that window that faces the soul of which it talks the title of the artwork. Here the grattage is in a mildly way because the glance is already beyond, it does not need to delve to reach the place where everything is revealed, on the contrary the color is laid out in a rather fluid way, as if the artist were to slip towards that inside that remains attached to the external colors, and therefore to the pleasure of discovery, despite the awareness of having to cross the darkness of what has long remained under layers of defensive barriers and existential uncertainties. The aknowlegment is that of the importance of a journey that will then lead to a fundamental evolution, necessary, to inner growth.

W tym obrazie Konopka wchodzi w najbardziej introspektywną fazę, w której czuje potrzebę zanurzenia się po odkryciu i przyjęciu przyjemności emocji, która się ujawniła, więc następną dogłębną analizą jest to, w co zagłębia się nawet w środku własnych lęków, własnych duchów, własnych cieni, a w konsekwencji także zakres chromatyczny zabarwiony ciemniejszymi odcieniami, równie tajemniczymi, jak to, co pojawi się po spojrzeniu w okno, które stoi przed duszą, której tytuł ma tytuł „działa. In questo dipinto Konopka entra nella fase più introspettiva, quella in cui sente l’esigenza di immergersi dopo aver scoperto e accolto il piacere di un’emotività che ormai è uscita alla luce, dunque l’approfondimento successivo è quello che scava anche all’interno delle proprie paure, dei propri fantasmi, delle proprie ombre e di conseguenza anche la gamma cromatica si tinge di tonalità più cupe, misteriose tanto quanto lo è ciò che emergerà dopo aver guardato dentro quella finestra che affaccia sull’anima di cui parla il titolo dell’opera. Qui il grattage è utilizzato in modo molto 1lieve probabilmente perché lo sguardo è già oltre, non ha bisogno di scavare per raggiungere il luogo in cui tutto si svela, al contrario il colore è steso in modo piuttosto fluido, quasi l’artista dovesse scivolare verso quel dentro di sé che resta agganciato ai colori esterni, e dunque al piacere della scoperta, pur nella consapevolezza di dover attraversare il buio di ciò che è rimasto a lungo sotto strati di barriere difensive e di incertezze esistenziali. La presa d’atto è quella dell’importanza di un cammino che condurrà poi a un’evoluzione fondamentale, necessaria, alla crescita interiore.

Nel dipinto Closeness si nota il distacco completo di Konopka dalla figurazione per aprirsi a una ricerca più intimista, più interiore che tende inizialmente verso un’apertura nei confronti delle sensazioni, quelle che l’artista guarda quasi con meraviglia nel loro manifestarsi. La gamma cromatica è tenue, delicata, gioiosa perché probabilmente è questo lo stato d’animo che egli stesso percepisce nel liberare emozioni tenute dentro a lungo, in un percorso di conoscenza dopo il quale non ha più timore di accoglierle e lasciarle parlare. La vicinanza di cui narra il titolo è quella nei confronti di un’interiorità consapevole della sua forza e della sua debolezza, che l’artista guarda con indulgenza e con la gioia di poterla toccare, di poterne far uscire quella voce troppo a lungo rimasta in silenzio. Il tratto pittorico è a sua volta calmo, sereno, le tonalità sono quelle che fanno vibrare l’anima, i celesti, i viola, i gialli, e anche le rigature, tipiche della tecnica del grattage, sono lievi, limitate alla superficie, appena accennate, proprio per dare l’idea dell’approfondimento del sé vissuto in un pacato equilibrio di piena coscienza di un’evoluzione necessaria.

In the painting Closeness we note the complete detachment of Konopka from the figuration to open up to a more intimate, more interior research that initially tends towards an opening over sensations, those that the artist looks almost with wonder in their manifestation. The chromatic range is tenuous, delicate, joyful because this is probably the state of mind that he perceives himself in freeing emotions held for a long time, in a path of knowledge after which he is no longer afraid to welcome them and let them talk. The closeness of which the title narrates is that towards an interiority aware of its strength and its weakness, which the artist looks with indulgence and with the joy of being able to touch it, of being able to bring out that voice too long remained in silence. The pictorial feature is in turn calm, serene, the shades are those that make the soul vibrate, blu, violet, yellow, and also the lines, typical of the grattage technique, are light, limited to the surface, just hinted, just to give the idea of ​​the deepening of the self lived in a calm balance of full consciousness of a necessary evolution.
